Ladies A.I.A.D.A. presenting check to Make-A-Wish® Alabama
Moody, Al. – The Ladies Auxiliary of the Alabama Independent Auto Dealers Association is about to make wishes come true in Alabama!
Every year the Ladies have an event to raise money for local charities around Alabama. This year, one of those charities is Make-A-Wish Alabama.
The group recently partnered with ADESA Auctions to add $5 to each car sold to Independent Auto Dealers in the month of April. They also hosted a live auction where people bid on donated items.
Because of these fundraising efforts, the Ladies A.I.A.D.A. is scheduled to present a check to Make-A-Wish Alabama Wednesday, May 7, at 804 Sollie Drive in Moody. The presentation will begin at 9:30 a.m.
The check is estimated to be around $10,000.
“Without organizations like the Ladies Auxiliary of the Alabama Independent Auto Dealers…we wouldn’t be here,” Make-A-Wish Alabama CEO and President, Pam Jones, said. “We exist because of the generosity, thoughtfulness and compassion that others share for granting wishes right here in Alabama.”
